Hi, since the question is quite vague, I am unsure if what your are asking is what I think it is but here is my answer
When you stop the GPRS capability on your phone, it will
1 Lose the ability to surf the internet.
2 Not be able to retrieve MMS/Email
3 not do Auto Updates (if any)
4 render internet dependent systems (like some GPS or Social networking programs) useless.
If what you are asking is whether your contract with your service provider will be broken, my guess is no but it would be better if you called in to ask.
